:: Large Tresors de Luxe Cupcake published in Inzpira ::

This gigantic paper and lace cupcake was published in the August issue of Inzpira.
I created it with gorgeous lace and flowers from Tresors de Luxe.

I added a tag that you can pull up and leave a cute message on.

Just look at all this yumminess! The golden lace is just to die for!

Because it´s so much that going on here on my cupcake I only used one flower. But I choose a large pretty flower that really makes a statement!

I tied a bow in golden ribbon on the tag and I also draped some pearl ribbon.

All papers are from Prima. You can see here how many layers I used to build this cupcake. The cupcake is  about 15 by 15 centimeters big.

:: My first layout with October kit from C´est Magnifique ::

I often think how lucky I am designing for C´est Magnifique! The kits are so fun to work with and all supplies so pretty! This is my very first layout created with the October kit.  My hubbie took this photo of me kissing Viggo at his six years birthday. He wanted me to kiss him and I think it´s so cute how he holds my face!

This flowers are from the Flower add-on kit. I cut the wine in smaller pieces and mixed it up with this blue from Petaloo.
I also used the stamp and stencil from the MM kit and painted the keys from the same kit. The letters are from the Embellie kit.

:: Three layered cake published in Inzpira Magazine ::

This box was published in the August issue of Inzpira Magazine. I just love making boxes in all kind of shapes and themes! I think this can fit both for wedding and for a girly birthday gift.

For my cake in paper I used three different round boxes. I bought the boxes at Pyssloteket. First I painted all edges and the inside of the boxes in Martha Stewart acrylic paint. That paint is really good! Great coverage and more shades than you can dream about! Then I used gorgeous papers from Papirdesign.

To embellish my cake I used some amazing flowers from Papirdesign and leaves from Prima.

The new large Roses from Papirdesign is sooooo pretty!

Here you can see all different flowers I used. The same colors but different shapes makes it fun but not too much. I wanted it sweet but kind of clean at the same time.
All boxes can be opened and will be perfect with some nice candy or maybe some cute juwelery for a girl? To get it a bit hight I painted compressed cotton balls and glued on the bottom of the largest box.
Hope you liked it!

:: Once Upon A Sketch September ::

Journalling Theme: Open theme...with a twist

For this month's challenge, you can scrap about any theme BUT you need to include your own handwritten journalling on your page!

You are free to interpret our theme ANY WAY you like. It is for your inspiration and this theme word DOES NOT need to be part of your title or journalling. But please make sure your layout is based on the sketch below and includes journalling (hidden journalling is fine). Acceptable journalling is MORE than just a sentence, or generic writing such as date/place etc. It needs to be present and at least 3 lines long. Remember, hidden journalling (under a photo/tag or behind your page) is perfectly fine but please DO let us know in your post where your journalling is!

Here is my take on the sketch! It´s about Viggos first day at school! I took some photos when we was about to walk to school for the very first time!

Mostly flowers from Prima and one from Petaloo. I used paper from Blue Fern Studio and lots of fun mediums.

Yummie flowers from Prima. Most of them from a little bit older collections.

I did some handwritten journaling as the challenge said.

:: Minion Birthday Party ::

Today I have a long long post! Lots of photos! We had a birthday party for Viggo this weekend that passed and I want to show some photos from it.
We hade a Minion theme party and we had fifteen kids here totally. Here are we waiting for the first guests to arrive. Viggo was thrilled!

I had my nails done with Minions and put on some tattoos with Minions.

During the summer Anna at Pyssloteket let me borrow her Cameo so I could do this fun party invitations.

Lots of pieces! And I made seventeen of them!

 Getting there!

 Just love them!

I bought all cardstock at Pyssloteket!

I added them on white cardstocks and 3d pads.

I made these Minion faces with Sugar paste. My very first time using that, It was really fun!

I painted a cupcake stnad yellow and put some of Viggos Minions on the top.

Aren´t they cute!

I ordered a cookie cutter from the US and made this cookies.

I dipped Marshmallows in yellow Candymelt. Then I painted glasses and mouths on them. I also added sugar eyes and liquorice strings. They tasted really good!

This is how I set the table. I bought everything except from the label on the bottle. I bought some pattern files on the internet and printed them. One easy and fun thing to do.

Of course we hade some games also! Here we blindfolded the kids and they tried to put the glasses on the right spot.

Here I painted some empty plastic bottles and we got Minion Bowling!

I find this on sale and gave it a coat ofyellow paint. I also added some stickers to it.

Last I used a yellow bucket and printed Minion eyes. I painted the balls also.
We had a really really fun party! Before the kids went home they used the "One Minion Dollar" money with a password on the back. They wispered the word at a door and they got a Minion plastic cup filled with candy and other fun stuff to take home.

:: Three cards with Nature´s Journey Kit ::

When I got my September Kit from C´est Magnifique I knew I wanted to create some cards with it.
I made three crds in the same color scheme. I really like this blue and kraft combo!

A simple and clean card in many layers for some one who bought a new house.

For this tag I used several different dies. I used one from Prima, three different from Spellbinders and the new cute bird called Spellbinders D-lites die Pheasant.

My last card is always one with many layers. Here I used the cool wire from Prima. I also used one of the fabric tags and the corrugated ribbon.
For my cards I used supplies from the Main kit, The Mixed-media kit and the Embellishment kit.
